Property and Facilities Manager


Do you have experience in property management, building maintenance and asset management?

This full-time position involves leading the Property and Facilities team with the management of the Council’s land and buildings and ensuring facilities, such as Community Halls and Pavilions, meet the community’s needs.  The position includes managing a group of the Council’s Elderly Persons units and associated tenancies.

Local Government property experience would be an advantage but not essential.  A tertiary qualification is Property Management or a related field would also be of benefit.

If you are self-confident and creative, a strategic thinker, adaptable and able to promote the desired image of the Council through good public relations then we welcome your interest.
